Our Team
SRINATH NARAYAN
Chairman & CEO
Srinath is an entrepreneurial senior executive with over 30 years of hands-on leadership experience in telecom and IT services. He has a track record of achieving revenue & EBITDA objectives in start-up, turnaround, and rapid-change environments. As the CEO of SII, Srinath is responsible for driving the company’s growth in key government and private sector segments. Prior to this, Srinath was a key contributor to the growth of Primus Telecommunications, Inc., from a start-up to a Fortune 1000 company with $1.2 billion in revenues. He has led worldwide teams comprising more than 200 employees, and managed P&Ls for business divisions exceeding $100 million in revenues. Srinath has a B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the University of Mysore, India, and an M.S. in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma.
Su Fan
Vice President
As Vice President, Su is responsible for driving growth in key market segments, building alliances with innovation partners, and fostering customer relationships to ensure their success. She also plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, aligning the company's goals with the overarching business strategy. Prior to SII, Su was Senior Director of Marketing at Primus Telecom directing their corporate, consumer, and commercial marketing initiatives. She also worked for Nextel Communications (now Sprint) in various marketing positions. Su has also done entrepreneurial stints as an independent consultant supporting several clients with their customer acquisition and retention efforts. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
Heidi Page
VP, Corporate Development
Heidi brings 30+ years of experience spanning across several key areas of organizational development. She is an expert in defining how companies can develop and leverage capabilities for growth. At SII, Heidi is responsible for identifying, planning and execution of a wide range of strategies to meet specific organizational objectives which include training, ISO and CMMI compliances, program management, quality control/improvement, new market development and strategic alliances. She has extensive experience in federal government acquisition regulations, contract vehicles, capture and proposal management, and has contributed to several wins for the company. Prior to SII, Heidi held senior management positions with state and local government agencies, and global commercial organizations. Heidi has M.S. in Industrial Psychology from Northwest University, South Africa.
Alan Randle
VP, Solutions Engineering
As a seasoned technocrat with 30+ years of experience, Alan’s skillsets and responsibilities range from systems design and engineering to formulating complex technical solutions spanning networks, on-premise and cloud solutions, hosting and server virtualization. He is a consummate “out-of-the-box” thinker and thrives in providing creative solutions to client problems. At SII, Alan is responsible for IT and telecom strategy, solution architecture development, and for leading a technical team to support business and client requirements. Alan has served in in the US Marine Corps and has several technical certifications.
